Název práce: Nejčastější úrazy v boxu, možnosti prevence a následná fyzioterapie Cíl práce: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké jsou nejčastější úrazy boxerů amatérů a profesionálů v České republice. Dílčími cíli je poté zjistit, zda se boxeři věnují regeneraci, jaké je zajištění fyzioterapeutické péče a zda boxeři využívají fyzioterapeutické přístupy a metody, které by teoreticky mohly vzniku úrazů zabránit. Metody: Teoretické poznatky k této diplomové práci byly získány pomocí literární rešerše dostupných zahraničních i českých pramenů. Výzkumná část práce byla realizována pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku, který byl distribuován online metodou mezi boxery v České republice. Boxeři byli dotazování retrospektivou na svá prodělaná zranění, na regeneraci a možnosti fyzioterapie. Ze statistické analýzy získaných dat byly vyhotoveny závěry práce. Výsledky: Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 120 boxerů (mužů i žen) ve věkovém rozmezí 18 - 40 let. Nejčastějším úrazem při tréninku bylo mezi amatéry a profesionály pohmoždění ruky (41 % a 65 %). Při sparingu byly nejčastější mezi amatéry ostatní zranění (36 %) a pohmoždění ruky (33 %) a mezi profesionály to byly tržné rány v oblasti hlavy (75 %). Title: The Most Common Boxing Injuries, Possibilities of Prevention and Follow-up Physiotherapy Objectives: The main objective of this master thesis is to ascertain the most common injuries among amateur and professional boxers in the Czech Republic. Another objective is to evaluate, if the boxers practice any form of regeneration and whether they use physiotherapy as a prevention tool to the occuring injuries. Methods: Theoretic information in this thesis was obtained via research of available Czech and foreign literature. Second part of the thesis was done with a created non- standardized questionnaire, which was distributed online among boxers in the Czech Republic. Boxers were asked about their suffered injuries, regeneration and possibilities of physiotherapy. Conclusions were done after a statsitical analysis of the data. Results: 120 boxers (male and female) participated in this research (aged 18 - 40). The most common injury in training in amateurs and professionals were hand contusions (41 % and 65 % respectively).
