Tato bakalářská práce mapuje proměnu poválečné legislativy v Anglii, v jejímž důsledku docházelo k evikcím tradičních i krátkodobých tábořišť Romů a Travellerů a to zejména v 50. a 60. letech 20 století. Dále zkoumá reakce samotných Romů a Travellerů a dalších aktérů. Práce obsahuje i kapitolu věnující se problematice pojmenování a překladu. This bachelor thesis traces the change in post-war legislation in England, which resulted in the eviction of traditional and short-term encampments of Roma and Travellers, particularly in the 1950s and 1960s. It also explores the responses of Gypsies and Travellers themselves and other actors. The thesis also includes a chapter dealing with issues of naming and translation.
