Název: Hodnocení funkčních biomechanických parametrů lokomoce v závislosti na provedené amputaci na DK Cíle: Porovnání asymetrie doby trvání krokového cyklu, rozsahů pohybu pánve, kyčelních a kolenních kloubů a zatížení DK v průběhu chůze. Dále porovnání pohyblivosti pánve v sagitální rovině v průběhu chůze, posturální stability ve stoji a subjektivního hodnocení funkčních dovedností a kvality života mezi skupinou kontrolní a skupinami pacientů po transfemorální amputaci a kolenní exartikulaci. Metody: Výzkumný soubor zahrnuje 6 probandů v kontrolní skupině a shodně 3 probandy ve skupině transfemorálních amputací a kolenních exartikulací. Pro získávání objektivních dat bylo využito kamerového systému Qualisys a dynamometrických desek Kistler a pro subjektivní hodnocení vybraných částí dotazníku Prosthesis Evaluation Questionnaire. Probandi byli sledováni během chůze vlastní zvolenou rychlostí vpřed a vzad, při klidném stoji s otevřenýna očima a při zavřených očích s úzkou stojnou bazí. Statistické zpracování dat bylo provedeno v Microsoft Excel. Výsledky: Z hlediska asymetrie vybraných parametrů chůze se z celkového počtu 33 sledovaných parametrů v 63 % případů skupina kolenních exartikulací více blížila symetrickým hodnotám, nicméně hladina statistické významnosti byla překročena pouze u jediného... Title: Evaluation of functional biomechanical locomotion parameters depending on the performed amputation in LL Objectives: The goals of this thesis are the following: to compare asymmetry in step cycle time, pelvis, hip and knee movement and lower limb loading while walking, also to compare sagittal movement of pelvis while walking, postural stability in stance and subjective scoring of the functional skills and the quality of life in healthy controls, transfemoral and knee disarticulation amputees. Methods: 6 healthy controls and 3 amputees in each amputation group were included in this experiment. Qualisys motion capture system and Kistler force plates to collect objective data and specific sections of Prosthesis Evaluation Questionnaire for subjective scoring were used. The participants were observed while level walking forward and backward with self-selected speed and in a quiet stance with eyes either open or closed with narrow support base. Statistical analysis was carried out in Microsoft Excel. Results: In terms of asymmetry assessment of the selected ambulation parameters there were identified more symmetrical values in the knee disarticulation group in 63 % of 33 monitored parameters.
