Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou adherence k inhalační léčbě, možnostmi jejího měření, telemedicínou i telerehabilitací a možným využitím mobilní aplikace CF Hero u pediatrických pacientů s cystickou fibrózou. V teoretické části přináší poznatky o cystické fibróze, adherenci k léčbě pacientů s cystickou fibrózou a možnostech jejího měření, telemedicíně a telerehabilitaci. V praktické části je popsána mobilní aplikace CF Hero, která byla cílem měření na několika pacientech. Současně byl vypracován dotazník zaměřený na spokojenost s užíváním této mobilní aplikace. Metodika: Praktická část byla provedena formou multicentrické prospektivní cross-over studie zkoumající vliv mobilní aplikace CF Hero na hodnoty adherence k inhalační léčbě, respiračních funkcí, kvality života a exkurzibility hrudníku. Hodnocení proběhlo v průběhu 6 měsíců, kdy primárním cílem bylo měření množství vyinhalovaného roztoku v poměru k předepsanému množství. Současně každý pacient prošel 3 identickými vyšetřeními. Součástí těchto vyšetření bylo spirometrické vyšetření (FEV1, FVC, MEF50), měření exkurzibility hrudníku (axilárně, mezosternálně, xiphoideálně) a hodnocení kvality života pomocí dotazníku CFQ-R. This diploma thesis deals with the adherence to inhaled treatment, its measurement, telemedicine and telerehabilitation and the possible use of the CF Hero mobile app in paediatric patients with cystic fibrosis. In the theoretical part, it presents knowledge about cystic fibrosis, adherence to treatment in patients with cystic fibrosis and possibilities of its measurement, telemedicine and telerehabilitation. The practical part describes the CF Hero mobile app, which has been the target of measurements on several patients. At the same time, a questionnaire was developed focusing on satisfaction with the use of this mobile application. Methods: The practical part was conducted as a multicentre prospective cross-over study investigating the effect of the CF Hero mobile app on adherence to inhaled treatment, respiratory quality of life and chest excursion The evaluation was conducted over a 6-month period, with the primary objective being to measure the amount of exhaled solution relative to the prescribed amount. Simultaneously, each patient underwent 3 identical examinations.
