Pozadí: Existují důkazy, že přesvědčení fyzioterapeuta ovlivňuje jeho postup terapie u pacientů s bolestí zad. Základy těchto přesvědčení získáváme již během studia vysoké školy. Prozatím nebylo v České republice zkoumáno, jaká přesvědčení nám předá odborné studium a jaký je jejich následný vývoj. Cíle: Tato práce má za cíl zmapovat vývoj postojů k bolesti zad a znalostí souvisejících s neurofyziologií bolesti u studentů fyzioterapie v České republice a zda je mezi těmito znalostmi korelace. Účastníci: Studenti fyzioterapie v 1., 3. a 5. (2. navazujícího magisterského) ročníku, vysokoškolští studenti laici ve věkovém rozmezí 22-26 let (kontrolní skupina) Metodika: 1) vyplnění přeloženého a kulturně adaptovaného dotazníků The Back-Pain Attitudes Questionnaire (Back-PAQ), 2) vyplnění přeloženého a kulturně adaptovaného dotazníků The Neurophysiology of Pain Questionnaire (NPQ) Výsledky: Do studie bylo zahrnuto 251 respondentů. V kontrolní skupině bylo průměrně dosažené skóre 107 bodů (SD 8.47) a.k statisticky významnému snížení skóre v Back-PAQ došlo až v 5. ročníku studia fyzioterapie na 95.4 bodů (SD 12.5, p < 0.01). Background: There is evidence that the beliefs and attitudes of physiotherapists are associated with their choice of patient management. The fundamentals of these beliefs are thought to have been realized during their university studies. Until now, however, no official study has researched how university education influences the beliefs of physiotherapists and how this is associated with their development in the Czech Republic Objectives: To describe the development of the physiotherapy students' beliefs and attitudes towards low back pain and their understanding of pain knowledge in the Czech Republic.
