Název: Jan Železný - případová studie o přerodu úspěšného závodníka do úspěšného trenéra. Cíl: Zjistit zda, Jan Železný dokázal převést své závodní zkušenosti do role trenéra a co je předpokladem jeho úspěšnosti. Metody: Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétněji formou případové studie. Jako hlavní metoda této práce je využíván polostrukturovaný rozhovor opřený o teoretický podklad, také pozorování a analýza dat. Výsledky: Výsledkem práce je potvrzený úspěšný převod závodních zkušeností. Také zjištění, co je předpokladem Jana Železného a které faktory vedly k tomu, aby se stal úspěšným trenérem. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is if Jan Zelezny was able to transfer his athletics experiences into the role of him as a coach and what can we draw as a pre-requisite for his success. Methods: The bachelor thesis is structured in the form of qualitative research by using semi- structured interview, observing and analysis dates. Results: Results of my work are a confirmation of a successful transfer of athletics experinces.
