Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem školy a duševního zdraví LGBTQ+ lidí. Teoretická část práce představuje téma duševního zdraví LGBTQ+ dospívajících v kontextu školního prostředí. Cílem empirické části práce bylo zjistit, jak na problematiku nahlíží budoucí vyučující, kteří se sami identifkují jako LGBTQ+. Výzkum si klade tří otázky: 1) jaké zkušenosti respondenti a respondentky jakožto LGBTQ+ studující zažívali v rámci střední školy a považují je za významné, 2) jak na tyto zkušenosti nahlížejí a jakým způsobem reflektují vliv těchto zkušeností na jejich duševní zdraví a budoucí směřování a 3) jak nahlížejí na své budoucí působení jakožto vyučující v otázce duševního zdraví LGBTQ+ lidí školách. Data byla sbírána formou individuálních polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, přičemž struktura rozhovoru byla vytvořena na základě ohniskových skupin zaměřených na související téma. Rozhovory byly provedeny s 11 respondenty a respondentkami různé genderové a sexuální identifikace. Data byla následně analyzována reflexivní tematickou analýzou. Výsledky výzkumu jsou prezentovány v tematické mapě zobrazující 9 témat a 9 subtémat, mezi které například patří: Škola nedává LGBTQ+ lidem dostatečně najevo, že tam patří; Nemožnost sdílet, nemožnost nevědět; Malé poznámky mají velký vliv; Strach z nepřijetí; Důležitost... The master thesis explores the topic of school and mental health of LGBTQ+ people. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the topic of LGBTG+ mental health of adolescents in the context of school. The aim of the empirical part of the study was to find out how is the issue viewed by future teachers who self-identify as LGBTG+. The research is composed of three questions: 1) what experiences do the respondents as LGBTG+ students have had in high school and find significant, 2) how they view these experiences and in what way they reflect their influence on their mental health and future direction, 3) how they view their future role as teachers in the context of mental health issues for LGBTQ+ people in schools. Data were collected in the form of individual semi-structured interviews, with the structure of the interview based on focus groups on a related topic. Interviews were conducted with 11 respondents of various gender and sexual identifications. The data were subsequently analysed by reflexive thematic analysis.
