Diplomová práce s názvem „Společenská Odpovědnost Firem ve Stavebnictví“ si klade za cíl poskytnout přehled o společnosti ve stavebnictví. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část nese definici pojmu CSR, historii pojmu, význam, vývoj, hnací síly jeho aplikace, názory a vliv na různé oblasti podnikání. Druhá část se věnuje analýze trendu vývoje CSR v České republice. Byla provedena snaha dozvědět se o problémech, které stojí na cestě k rozvoji / implementaci CSR a výsledcích v případě jeho použití. V závěru, na základě teoretické a praktické části, navrženy další postupy a doporučení v společenské odpovědnosti. CSR, podnikání, životní prostředí, společenská odpovědnost firem ve stavebnictví, zainteresované strany ABSTRACT The diploma project entitled "Corporate Social Responsibility in the construction industry" aims to provide an overview of the companies in the construction industry based in the Czech Republic.The work is divided into two parts. The first part carries the definition of the term CSR, the history of the term, the meaning, development, driving forces of its application, views and influence on various areas of business. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the trend of CSR development in the Czech Republic. An effort was made to learn about the problems that stand in the way of the development / implementation of CSR and the results in case of its use.
