Diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením cenových ukazatelů pro výstavbu horkovodů. Na základě analýzy stavebních rozpočtů realizovaných staveb je sestaven kalkulační model pro výpočet investičních nákladů na výstavbu horkovodní sítě. Výstupy z kalkulačního modelu jsou porovnány s cenou realizovaných projektů a je určená výpočetní odchylka. The thesis deals with the determination of price indicators for the construction of hot water pipelines. On the basis of the analysis of construction budget is created a calculation model for the calculation of investment costs for the construction of the hot water sites. The outputs of the costing model are compared with the cost of implemented projects and the calculation deviation is determined
