Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi financování vlastního bydlení v České republice a na Slovensku. Cílem je porovnat různé zdroje financování, stanovit nejvhodnější zdroj pro modelovou rodinu a porovnat podmínky na českém a slovenském trhu. The Diploma thesis concerns with options of personal housing financing in Czech Republic and Slovakia. The aim is to compare different financial sources, choose the optimal source for the model family and compare conditions on czech and slovak market.
