Předmětem diplomové práce je projekt Penzionu v Lipnici nad Sázavou, který je řešen ve třech částí – dokumentace pro stavební povolení, technické zařízení budov a volitelná část (facility management). Budova je ve tvaru písmena L a je navržena jako dvoupodlažní s částečným podsklepením. V suterénu se nachází technické zázemí, strojovny a sklady. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je vstup do budovy přes recepci, dále je zde posilovna a restaurace pro hosty. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je částí pro ubytování hostů, nachází se zde dvanáct pokojů, dvě herny se společenskou místností a zázemí pro uklízečku. Jednotlivá podlaží jsou dostupná po schodišti nebo výtahem. Budova je osazena do mírně svažitého terénu a dovnitř je samostatný vstup pro hosty, zaměstnance a vstup do restaurace. Další samostatný vstup je do kolárny. Základové konstrukce jsou ze základových pasů z prostého betonu. Konstrukční systém je zděný. Svislé nosné a nenosné konstrukce jsou z dutinových keramický bloků. Některé nenosné příčky jsou ze sádrokartonu. Vodorovná nosná stropní konstrukce je tvořena železobetonovou deskou. Konstrukce sedlové střechy je ze sbíjených dřevěných vazníků. Pozemek okolo budovy je využit pro trávení volného času hostů. Je zde možnost trávit čas na venkovní terase restaurace, dětském hřišti a venkovním bazénu. Dále tu jsou řešeny i zpevněné plochy chodníků a parkoviště pro hosty a zaměstnance. Je počítáno i s invalidy. Projekt byl zpracován v grafickém softwaru ArchiCAD, softwaru DEKSOFT, MS Word a MS Excel. The subject of my master´s thesis is project of Guesthouse in Lipnice nad Sázavou. It consists three parts: documentation for building permission, technical equipment and facility management. The building is L-shaped and it is designed as a two-storey building with partial basement. In basement is a technical facilities, engine rooms and storage rooms. On the ground floor there is an entrance to the building with reception. There is also fitness and restaurant for guests. The first floor is part for guests, there are twelve rooms, two playrooms, common room and cleaning room. The individual floors are accessible by stairs or lift. The building is set in a slightly sloping terrain. There are three entrances, for guests, employees and separate entrance to restaurant. Another entrance is to the bike shed. The foundation structures are made of plain concrete foundation strips. The main construction system is brick and the load-bearing structures and some non-bearing structures are from fired clay blocks. Other non-bearing structures are made of plasterboard. The horizontal load-bearing floor structure consists of a reinforced concrete slab. The construction of the gable roof is made of hammered wooden trusses. The land around the building is used for guests' leisure time. It is possible to spend time on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant, playground and outdoor pool. There are also paved sidewalks and parking for guests and employees. It is also planned for the disabled. The main part of project was done using ArchiCAD software.
