Tato práce se věnuje třem hlavním tématům: Literární rešerše na téma revitalizace drobných vodních toků a niv a obnova zásoby vody v krajině, dále provedení hydroekologického monitoringu Libotyňského potoka (okres Prachatice) metodou HEM 2014 a následně ideový návrh revitalizací, díky kterým by se zlepšil hydromorfologický stavu toku. V literární rešerši se zabýváme jak teoretickými (např. přírodní a upravená koryta), tak praktickými tématy (revitalizace menších toků ve volné krajině a v intravilánu, revitalizace dalších vodních prvků v krajině). Na závěr se v rešerši dočtete o územnímu systému ekologické stability (ÚSES) a hydroekologickém monitoringu. Dále je v práci popsáno provedení hydroekologického monitoringu Libotyňského potoka v celé jeho délce metodou HEM 2014, jeho vyhodnocení, popsání silných a slabých částí a vytipování jednotlivých úseků k realizaci. V práci se také věnujeme konkrétním návrhům opatření na zlepšení hydromorfologického stavu toku pomocí revitalizačních úprav toku a přilehlých nivních luk s napojením na rekreační zónu a ÚSES navržených v územních plánech obcí, jejichž katastry potok protéká. Na závěr se v práci věnujeme srovnání navržených opatření se současným stavem, vyhodnocení provedených úprav a splnění cílů práce. This thesis deals with three main topics: research of current literature on the restoration of small watercourses and floodplains and the restoration of water supplies in the landscape. The main topic is the implementation of hydroecological monitoring of the Libotyňský stream (Prachatice district) using the HEM 2014 method and then a conceptual design of revitalizations that would improve the hydromorphological flow state. In the literature research, it is possible to find theoretical (e.g. natural and modified riverbeds) and applied topics (revitalization of smaller streams in the open countryside and urban areas, revitalization of other water features in the landscape). In the final part of this topic, the territorial system of ecological stability (ÚSES) and hydroecological monitoring are described. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the implementation of hydroecological monitoring of the Libotyňský stream in its entire length using the HEM 2014 method, its evaluation, description of strengths and weaknesses, and selection of individual sections for implementation. In the thesis, we also deal with specific proposals for measures to improve the stream's hydromorphological state by revitalizing the stream and adjacent floodplain meadows with a connection to the recreation zone and ÚSES proposed in the territorial plans of the municipalities whose cadastres the stream flows through. In the end, the work compares the proposed measures with the current state, evaluates the modifications made, and evaluates the goals of this work.
