Koordinátor bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se věnuje právní úpravě koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví na staveništi. Jedná se o velmi specifickou oblast bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci spadající do oblasti pracovního práva. Její důležitost spočívá převážně ve vyso prací na staveništi vzhledem k složitosti prací a ve vážných následcích, pokud je bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví podceněna. Cílem této práce je shrnout komplexně funkci koordinátora BOZP na staveništi, jeho činnost a činnost ostatních osob vážíc zabezpečení bezpečnosti a Diplomová práce začíná úvodem a končí závěrem. Samostatné jádro práce je rozděleno nich je rozebrána obecná právní úprava bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci České republice. Další kapitola se věnuje přímo osobě koordinátora, kdo se jím může stát, jaké předpoklady osoba k probíhá zkouška z způsobilosti k činnostem koordinátora BOZP. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na ostatní osob staveništi, tedy na zadavatele a zhotovitele a jejich povinnosti, které se váží k koordinátora BOZP na staveništi. Navazující kapitola pak rozebírá již samostatnou činnost koordinátora na stavbě, a to v jejích dvou fázích, přípravě a realizaci. činností koordinátora je i vytvoření plánu BOZP, jehož náležitostem a obsahu se věnuje kapitola další. Kapitola... 1 Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator Abstract This thesis is focused on the legal view of the health and safety coordinator on construction sites. This topic is a very specific area of occupational health and safety falling within the field of labour law. Its importance lies mainly in the high risks of working on a construction site due to the complexity of the construction works and the serious consequences that arise if health and safety is underestimated. The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively summarize the function of the OHS coordinator on a construction site, their activities and the activities of other persons involved in ensuring health and safety on construction sites. The thesis begins with an introduction and ends with a conclusion. The core of the thesis is divided into 7 chapters, where the first of them discusses the general legal regulation of occupational health and safety in the Czech Republic. The next chapter deals directly with the person of the coordinator, who can become OHS coordinator, which requirements a person must meet for this position and how the examination of professional competence for the activities of the OHS coordinator is conducted.
