Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rizik ve městě Tábor. Prvním cílem této práce byla identifikace nejzávažnějších antropogenních a naturogenních rizik na území města Tábor a jejich následná analýza. Druhým cílem bylo vytvoření analýzy rizik z pohledu obyvatelstva a následné porovnání s vlastní analýzou rizik města Tábor. Pro dosažení těchto cílů bylo použito více metod analýz rizik, aby došlo k prozkoumání problematiky z více úhlů. Jedním ze způsobu identifikace nejzávažnějších antropogenních a naturogenních rizik na území města Tábor bylo dotazníkové šetření, jehož součástí byla polo-kvantitativní "PNH" metoda, kterou měli respondenti vyplnit. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 1024 respondenty z města Tábor. V rámci dotazníkového šetření bylo zjištěno, že 34,1 % obyvatel katastrálního území města Tábor má zkušenost s požárem nebo výbuchem v zástavbě a průmyslu. Další výsledek, co stojí za zmínku, je fakt, že 10,5 % výzkumného souboru se v životě setkalo s událostí úniku nebezpečné látky, přesto v polo-kvantitativní analýze z pohledu obyvatel vyšla míra rizika u této události jako riziko mírné. Naopak v autorově polo-kvantitativní analýze rizik bylo riziko úniku nebezpečné látky klasifikováno jako riziko nežádoucí. V reakci na výstup z multikriteriální analýzy a polo-kvantitativní analýzy byl namodelován únik amoniaku a chlóru pomocí softwaru TerEx. Zjištění uvedená v této diplomové práci jsou určena pro širší veřejnost, převážně pro obyvatele města Tábor, kteří se chtějí dozvědět něco o rizicích vyskytujících se na území jejich bydliště. The thesis deals with risk analysis in the city of Tábor. The first goal of this work was to identify the most serious anthropogenic and naturogenic risks in the city of Tábor and their subsequent analysis. The second goal was to create a risk analysis from the perspective of the population and subsequent comparison with the city's own risk analysis. To achieve these goals, multiple risk analysis methods have been used to examine the issue from multiple angles. One of the ways to identify the most serious anthropogenic and naturogenic risks in the city of Tábor was a questionnaire survey, which included a semi-quantitative "PNH" method, which the respondents had to fill out. The research group consisted of 1024 respondents from the city of Tábor. Within the questionnaire survey, it was found that 34.1% of the inhabitants of the cadastral area of the city of Tábor have experience with fire or explosion in buildings and industry. Another note that is worth noting is the fact that 10.5% of the research group has encountered a life-threatening event in their lifetime, yet in a semi-quantitative analysis from the point of view of the population, the level of risk for this event was moderate. On the contrary, in the author's semi-quantitative risk analysis, the risk of leakage of a dangerous substance was classified as an undesirable risk. In response to the output of the multicriteria analysis and semi-quantitative analysis, the ammonia and chlorine leakage was modeled using TerEx software. The findings presented in this thesis are intended for the general public, mainly for the inhabitants of Tábor, who want to learn something about the risks occurring in their area of residence.
