Cílem mé diplomové práce je shrnutí poznatků o psychických následcích nedostatku pohybových aktivit. Stanovení charakteru změn v lidské psychice při nedostatečném a nepravidelném fyzickém zatěžování lidského organismu. Tato diplomová práce je shrnutím základních pojmů o tématech jako pohybová aktivity, její pozitivní vliv na fyziologické a psychické zdraví člověka, nedostatečný pohyb a jeho špatný vliv na fyziologické a psychické zdraví člověka. Dále zde najdeme znalosti z oblasti životního stylu, který může být zdravý nebo naopak nezdravý, psychické vlivy na člověka, civilizační choroby, body image. Praktická část byla vytvořena za pomoci kvantitativně dotazníkového šetření, které bylo distribuováno pomocí sociálních sítí za účelem zjištění psychického dopadu nedostatkem tělesného pohybu. Předem byly stanové výzkumné předpoklady, které byly následně blíže rozebrány v diskuzi vč. vyhodnocení tohoto šetření. Získané výsledky jsou převedené do tabulek a grafů. Tyto data jsou následně vyhodnocena ve statistickém programu SPSS. Práce klade důraz na pohybovou aktivitu, její přínos na zdraví člověka a na jeho duševní naladění. Na druhé straně řeší, jak nedostatek pohybu působí na fyziologické a především psychické zdraví člověka. The aim of this diploma thesis is fiding out the impact of the deficiency of physical movement for human psychological health. To determine character changes in the human psycho during insufficient and irregular physical exertion of the human body. This diploma thesis is a summary of basic concepts on topics related to physical activity, their possitive and negative effect for physiological and psychological health. Furthermore, we find knowledge from the field of lifestyle, which can be healthy or, unhealthy, psychological influences on a person, disease of civilization, body image. The practical part of this thesis was realized using a quantitative questionnaire, which was distributed among social network in order to determine psychological impact of deficiency of physical movement. The research assumptions were set in advance, which were subsequently discussed in more details in the discussion, incl. Evaluation of this investigation. The obtained data are converted into tables and graphs. The evaluated these data in the SPSS statistical program. In this work is emphasized physical activity and its contribution to human health and his/her emotional mood. On the other hand, it pursues results of shortage of physical activity for physiological and especially psychological health.
