Tato bakalářská práce popisuje vypracování podnikatelského plánu v oblasti gastronomie, konkrétně jedné malé kavárny/bistra v Jihlavě. Cílem této práce je získat více informací o struktuře běžného podnikatelského plánu, předinvestice na začátku podnikání, analýzu trhu a specifika procesu vytvoření úspěšného podnikání. Jedním z hlavních cílů je vytvoření konkrétního podnikatelského plánu pro malou kavárnu v Jihlavě. Zaměřuje se především na finanční plán s počátečními náklady, dále s jejich financováním a návratností, které se následně vypočítávají, podle předem stanovených vzorců. Následuje analýza trhu, analýza slabých a silných stránek společnosti. V budoucnu lze tento podnikatelský plán využít pro skutečnou realizaci firmy. This bachelor thesis describes developing of business plan in the field of gastronomy, precisely one small Café/Bistro in Jihlava. The target of this thesis is to get more information of the common business plan structure, pre-investing at the beginning of business, market analysis and specifics of the process to create a successful business. As one of the main targets is to set up specific business plan for small Bistro in Jihlava. It is focused primarily on the financial plan with initial costs, followed with their financing and returns, which are afterwards calculated by predetermined formulas. It is followed by a market analysis, analysis of weaknesses and strengths of the company. In the future this business plan can be used for real realization of a firm.
