Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním fenoménu změny profesních drah vysokoškolsky, ale nepedagogicky vzdělaných žen, které se po mateřské/rodičovské dovolené vrací zpět do pracovního procesu. Tyto ženy, které se před mateřstvím věnovaly rozmanitým zaměstnáním, ve kterých dosahovaly i značných pracovních úspěchů a plnily si své profesní sny, se ale nevrací do svých původních povolání. Nově totiž volí pozice učitelek na základní škole. Mateřství, jako ztráta původních profesních kompetencí a současně získání nových dovedností, je tak zásadním aspektem výzkumu v souvislosti s vyučováním těchto žen na základní škole. Cílem práce je formou hloubkových rozhovorů vedených z feministické perspektivy odhalit důvody a pohnutky ke změně zaměstnání jednotlivých komunikačních partnerek, a to, do jaké míry se jedná o skutečně svobodnou volbu těchto žen, a jak se na této změně podílí rodina, stát, či veřejný diskurz. However, these women, who before motherhood were engaged in various jobs, in which they also achieved considerable job success and fulfilled their professional dreams, do not return to their original jobs. They are newly choosing the position of primary school teachers. Motherhood, as a loss of original professional competencies and gaining of new competencies, is thus a key aspect of research in connection with primary school teaching. The goal of this thesis is to uncover, in the form of in-depth interviews conducted from a feminist perspective, the reasons and motives for changing the employment of individual communication partners, to what extent it is a truly free choice of these women, and how the family, state or public discourse participates in this change.
