Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkušenostmi žáků vybrané základní školy se zvolenými výrobky obsahujícími nikotin. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce se v začátku věnuje charakterizaci nikotinu jako chemické látky, jeho metabolismu a účinkům na organismus. Jsou zde specifikovány jednotlivé možnosti užívání nikotinu. V této kapitole teoretické části jsou také rozebrány výrobky obsahující nikotin, zvolené pro výzkumnou část bakalářské práce, a to cigarety a nikotinové sáčky. Dále je v tomto teoretickém bloku popsána závislost na nikotinu a její neurobiologie. Samozřejmostí jsou možnosti její léčby a neopomenutelnou kapitolou také velmi důležitá prevence závislostí na návykových látkách. Praktická část práce se zakládá na výsledcích dotazníkového šetření, které slouží jako nástroj k posouzení zkušeností vybrané skupiny populace se zvolenými výrobky obsahujícími nikotin. Dotazník obsahuje celkem 37 otázek, uzavřených, polouzavřených či otevřených. Výzkumná část pracuje celkem s 123 dotazníky. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zmapovat zkušenosti výše zmíněné skupiny respondentů se zvolenými nikotinovými výrobky. Tento cíl vyhodnocuji v praktické části pomocí souhrnných grafů a tabulek z hodnot získaných šetřením. Výsledkem... This bachelor thesis examines the experience of pupils with selected products containing nicotine at a primary school in Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis starts with the characterization of nicotine as a chemical substance, its metabolism and effects on the body. It also specifies the different possibilities of consuming nicotine. In addition, it provides an overview of the nicotine-containing products that are in the focus of this research, namely cigarettes and nicotine pouches. Furthermore, the theoretical part provides a description about nicotine addiction and its neurobiology as well as treatment options and the importance of prevention of addictive substances. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is based on the results of a questionnaire survey, which evaluates the experience of a selected population group with selected nicotine-containing products. The questionnaire contains 37 questions, which are closed, semi-closed or open- ended. The research works with a total of 123 questionnaires. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to map the experience of the above-mentioned group of respondents with selected nicotine-containing products through a questionnaire survey.
