(česky): Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá čím dál více rozšířenému tématu týkající se mnohoženství mezi muslimy v Ruské federaci. Představuje a rozebírá oblasti jeho praktikování, jeho odpůrce a přívržence. Analyzuje fakta pro a proti a srovnává postavení mnohoženství v rámci ruského práva a zákonu a v rámci islámského práva šaría. Podává informace o průběhu snahy jeho legalizace na území Ruska. (in English): This bachelor thesis deals with the increasingly widespread topic of polygamy among Muslims in the Russian Federation. It focuses on the areas of its practice, the development of its legalization and presents its greatest adherents and opponents, the facts for and against. It compares its position under Russian law and Sharia law. It provides information about the legalization process on the territory of Russia.
