Diplomová práce se zabývá Nicola Tesla Center systémem učení, který rozvíjí mimořádně nadané děti. Cílem práce je zjištění, do jaké míry NTC systém učení stimuluje rozvoj nadaného žáka již v předškolním věku, a představení možností podpory mimořádně nadaného žáka v základním vzdělávání. Teoretická část práce popisuje inteligenci, nadání a samotný NTC systém učení. Empirická část je složena ze dvou etap. První etapa popisuje proces vzdělávání v mateřské škole a práci s NTC systémem učení a identifikuje v procesu rozvoje nadání u dětí s využitím systému. Metodika NTC systému učení je v mateřské škole využívána při tvorbě školního vzdělávacího programu a je prakticky realizována pomocí jednotlivých aktivit. Aktivity NTC systému učení jsou zařazovány do každodenního programu. Druhá etapa popisuje, jakým způsobem probíhalo předškolní vzdělávání u sledovaných dětí se zaměřením na projevy nadání, zda došlo k úpravám předškolního vzdělávání s ohledem na nadání. Dále popisuje, jak probíhá rozvoj mimořádně nadaného dítěte/žáka v matematické třídě a dítěte/žáka v běžné základní škole. V matematické třídě základní školy jsou upraveny očekávané výstupy v matematických předmětech a žákovi je vypracován individuální vzdělávací plán. V běžné třídě základní školy je žákovi upraveno vzdělávání na základě doporučení... The diploma thesis deals with the Nicola tesla Center learning system that develops exceptionally gifted children. The aim od the thesis is to find out to what extent the NTC learning system stimulates the development of a gifted pupil already in preschool age and the possibilities of supporting and exceptionally gifted pupil in primary education. The theoretical part of třhe work describes intelligence, talent and the NTC system itself. The empirical part consists of two stages. The first stage describes the process of education in kindergarten and work with the NTC learning system and identifies in the process of developing talents in children using the system. The methodology of the NTC learning system is used on the kindergarten in the creation of the school educational program and is practically used with the help of individual activities. NTC learning system activities are included in the daily program. The second stage describes how preschool education took place in the monitored children with focus on manifestations of giftedness, whether there were adjustments to preschool education with regard to giftedness. It also describes how development of an exceptionally gifted child/pupil in a match class and a child/pupil a regular primary school takes place. In the elementary school mathematics...
