Východiska: Studium všeobecného lékařství má za úkol vybavit budoucího lékaře vědomostmi a zkušenostmi, které bude potřebovat ve své nastávající praxi. Lékař by měl ovládat metody časné diagnostiky a krátkých intervencí v oblasti zneužívání návykových látek a závislostí. V rámci pregraduálního studia je však tématu věnována marginální časová dotace. Cíle: Cílem studie je zjistit míru jistoty studentů všeobecného lékařství 1.LF ve znalostech týkající se orientační diagnostiky závislostí, krátké intervence a postoj u vybraných adiktologických témat. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, co by studenti potřebovali pro získání větší jistoty v poskytování péče adiktologickým pacientům. Metody: Výzkum byl proveden pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl sdílen na sociální síti Facebook v šesti jednotlivých uzavřených skupinách ročníků studentů všeobecného lékařství. Získaná data jsem statisticky zpracovala v programu Microsoft Office Excel a tabulky byly vytvořeny v programu Microsoft Word. Výsledky: Termínu orientační diagnostika si myslí, že rozumí 50,6 % všech dotazovaných studentů. 17, 8 % si myslí, že tomuto termínu nerozumí. 44 % studentů si myslí, že rozumí pojmu krátká intervence a naopak 29,7 % studentů si myslí, že mu nerozumí. 39,8 % všech studentů by k získání větší jistoty potřebovala... Background: The study of general medicine aims to equip a future medical practitioner with the knowledge and experience they will need in their future practice. The physician should master the methods of Orientational diagnostics and Brief intervention in the field of substance abuse and addiction. A marginal part of the time is donated to this topic as part of undergraduate studies. Aim: The purpose of this study is to find out the level of certainty of the students of the 1st Faculty of Medicine in their knowledge regarding Orientational diagnostics, Brief intervention and to find out the student's attitude toward addictology. The partial goal is to find out what the students need to gain confidence in providing care to addiction patients. Methods: The research was conducted using an anonymous survey. The survey was shared on the social network Facebook in six individual private groups of medical students. The resulting data were statistically processed using Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Word.
