Diplomová práce je zaměřena na svačiny dětí staršího školního věku. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit reálné svačiny dětí 2. stupně ZŠ, které měli v konkrétní den ve škole. Dílčími cíli je vyhodnotit četnost a zastoupení poživatin svačin dětí, zhodnotit energetickou vyváženost svačin dotazovaných dětí, vyhodnotit postup čili průběh přípravy svačin dětí, posoudit nutriční status respondentů. Práce je zpracována ve dvou částech, a to částí teoretickou a částí praktickou. Část teoretická představuje, a především sumarizuje poznatky týkající se zdravého stravování dětí staršího školního věku. Z tohoto důvodu se kapitoly věnují specifiku stravování dětí této cílové skupiny, rovněž také zásadám i chybám ve výživě těchto dětí, významu pyramidy výživy pro dětský věk, stravovacím zvyklostem dětí tohoto období. Praktická část se skládá ze tří částí. První část je věnována skladbě školních svačin a je zkoumána z analýzy stravovacích záznamů, které děti vyplňovaly a dále byly vyhodnoceny. Druhá část šetření se zaměřuje na analýzu rozhovoru s otevřenými otázkami. Poslední část se věnuje antropometrickému šetření žáků za pomoci váhy a měření výšky dětí. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří žáci 6.-9. tříd základní školy, tedy žáci staršího školního věku. Výsledkem šetření bylo zjištěno, že respondenti ve většině případů svačí... The diploma thesis is focused on snacks of older school-age children. The main objective of the thesis is evaluate the real snacks of children of the 2nd grade of elementary school that they had on a particular day at school. The partial objectives are to evaluate the frequency and proportion of snacks of children, to evaluate the energy balance of snacks of the children interviewed, to evaluate the procedure or course of preparation of children's snacks, to assess the nutritional status of respondents. The work is processed in two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part presents and, above all, summarizes the knowledge about healthy eating of older school-age children. For this reason, the chapters deal with the specifics of eating of this target group, as well as the principles and errors in the nutrition of these children, the importance of the nutrition pyramid for childhood, the eating habits of children of this period. The practical part consists of three parts. The first part is devoted to the composition of school snacks and is examined from the analysis of dietary records that the children filled in and were further evaluated.
