Tato práce se zabývá pracovní spokojeností a jejími prediktory v sektoru informačních technologií. Cílem je prozkoumat faktory pracovní spokojenosti specifické pro oblast práce v IT a zjistit, zda se tyto faktory liší v míře predikce pracovní spokojenosti napříč rolemi v rámci organizace, která se zabývá vývojem softwaru a testováním technologií. Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblast psychologie pracovního zdraví, a to zejména na teoretické ukotvení konceptu pracovní spokojenosti. Jsou zde popsány hlavní soudobé teorie pracovního zdraví, pracovní spokojenosti a faktory, které pracovní spokojenosti ovlivňují. Dále je uveden přehled metod, které se používají k zjišťování pracovní spokojenosti a specifika práce v sektoru IT. Výzkumná část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum ve vybrané IT firmě. K zjištění pracovní spokojenosti je použita testová baterie, která obsahuje vybrané škály z Kodaňského psychosociálního dotazníku, Minnesotský dotazník pracovní spokojenosti a Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Na základě analýzy dat je zjištěno, že pracovní zdroje a pracovní angažovanost spolu pozitivně korelují, dále že pracovní spokojenost a pracovní angažovanost spolu pozitivně korelují, a pracovní zdroje a pracovní spokojenost spolu pozitivně korelují. Dále je zjištěno, že věk a pohlaví v dané firmě nemají vliv na... This paper examines job satisfaction and its predictors in the information technology sector. The aim is to examine job satisfaction factors specific to work in information technology sector and to determine whether these factors differ in their predictors of job satisfaction across roles within a software development and technology testing organization. The theoretical section focuses on the field of occupational health psychology, and in particular on the theoretical anchoring of the concept of job satisfaction. The main contemporary theories of occupational health, job satisfaction and the factors that influence job satisfaction are described. An overview of the methods used to measure job satisfaction and the specifics of working in the IT sector are also provided. The research section includes quantitative research in a selected IT company. A test battery is used to measure job satisfaction, which includes selected scales from the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire, the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale.
