Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na popis a analýzu nouzové distanční výuky z pohledu učitelů v první a druhé vlně pandemie covidu-19. Práce je zakotvena v odborné literatuře a v analytických studií. Data v druhé části práce jsou již konkrétně získána od analytických organizací Paq research a Kalibro, kde pomocí sekundární analýzy dat a komparativních postupů danou analýzu provádím. První část práce popisuje konkrétní pandemickou situaci, to jak český vzdělávací systém a učitelé zvládli přechod do online prostoru. Zároveň obecně nastiňuje pedagogické fungování v nouzové distanční výuce. Práce následně vymezuje učitele jako aktéry vzdělávací politiky, to, jakou zastávali roli, a nakonec to co se pro učitele konkrétně v nouzové distanční výuce změnilo. Následně se práce zaměřuje na nerovnosti ve vzdělávání v regionálním hledisku. Následná analýza a interpretace výsledků dochází na základě výzkumných otázek k několika zjištěním. Změna obsahu výuky, délka přípravy a vyčerpání se v rámci vln odlišuje, nicméně nenaplnilo se očekávání, že první vlna bude vždy tou s nejhorším výsledkem. V rámci krajů se úplná odlišnost problémových regionů od ostatních také nenaplnila. Co se týče obhajoby výběru tohoto tématu, tak si myslím, že tato bakalářská práce a její téma je aktuální a daná problematika stojí za rozvedení a... This bachelors thesis is focused on exploring and analyzing the topic of online education from the point of view of teachers during the first two waves of COVID-19. Thesis is based on academic literature and analytical studies. The second part of this thesis is based around data acquired by two research companies Paq Research and Kalibro. The data went through secondary analysis and comparative approaches of the analysis. Theoretical section of this thesis aims to explain the specifics of the COVID-19 outbreak and how Czech education system with its teachers managed to transfer from offline to online teaching. Following the previous goals it also generally explains how teachers approached online educational environment. Teachers are important parts of educational politics, how they specifically played their part during these difficult times and how it changed them. These concepts will be enriched by the inequalities on regional scale. Analytical section along with authors own interpretation of results are based on the research questions and it brings new findings. Changing the entire concept of teaching, how teachers prepared for their lessons, what materials they used and many other concept, all these things posed a challenge, but in the end the assumption, that the first wave will be the "more difficult"...
