Název: Využití prvků Feldenkraisovy metody u jedinců s bolestmi hlavy Cíle: Cílem diplomové práce bylo zkoumat, jakým způsobem ovlivní cvičení prvků Feldenkraisovy metody u jedinců s dlouhodobými bolestmi hlavy. Došlo k vytvoření a dále zhodnocení vlivu 4 cvičebních jednotek s prvky Feldenkraisovy metody, které mely za cíl snížit jejich frekvenci a intenzitu a dále zvýšit rozsah pohybu krční páteře. Metody: Jedná se o smíšený výzkum formou kvaziexperimentu. Sledovaný soubor obsahoval 13 osob s bolestmi hlavy - 12 žen, 1 muž, ve věku od 21 do 38 let (průměr 30,3 let). Výzkumná část byla zaměřena na zkoumání vlivu 8 týdnů cvičení lekcí s prvky Feldenkraisovy metody na rozsah pohybu krční páteře, na intenzitu a frekvenci bolestí hlavy. Intervence spočívala ve cvičení v domácím prostředí 2x týdně po dobu 8 týdnů dle jedinečně sestavených lekcí s prvky Feldenkraisovy metody. Jako metody sběru dat byly zvoleny kineziologické vyšetření (zejména rozsah pohybu krční páteře), standardizované dotazníky, anamnestický rozhovor a polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výsledky: Ve sledovaném období 8 týdnů po cvičení došlo ke statisticky významným změnám v případě snížení frekvence a intenzity bolestí hlavy v porovnání s obdobím 8 týdnů před cvičením. Intenzitu jedinci před cvičením průměrně hodnotili na 6.1, po 8týdenním... Title: The utilization of the elements of the Feldenkrais method in an individual with a headache. Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to assess the effect of exercising certain elements of the Feldenkrais method on individuals suffering from long-term headaches. Four exercise units containing elements of the Feldenkrais method have been created and evaluated with the aim of reducing the frequency and intensity of headaches and improving the range of motion of the cervical spine. Methods: The methodology of the work was a mixed research in the form of a quasi- experiment. The observed set consisted of 13 persons suffering from headaches - 12 females, 1 male, aged from 21 to 38 years old (average of 30,3 years). The research part of the thesis focused on assessing the impact of 8 weeks of doing exercises with elements of the Feldenkrais method on the range of motion of the cervical spine, and the intensity and frequency of headaches. The intervention consisted of exercising in the subjects' home environment twice a week for a duration of 8 weeks according to individually designed plans containing elements of the Feldenkrais method.
