Recidiva v České republice je jedna z nejvyšších v Evropské unii. Jistým řešením podle představitelů vězeňské služby, justice a neziskových organizací je systematická podpora propuštěných osob z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody (dále jen "VTOS") při začleňování do společnosti a aktivní práce s jedinci ve VTOS.( https://www.irozhlas.cz/) Cílem diplomově práce je snaha postihnout příklady "dobré praxe" z již realizovaného, v podmínkách České republiky, inovativního projektu zacházení s odsouzenými v OV. Důraz je zde kladen zejména na analýzu aplikace metod odborného zacházení v OV, skladbu dílčích aktivit programů zacházení v OV dle jednotlivých fází, stanovování cílů programů zacházení ve vztahu k vytváření optimálních podmínek pro, pokud možno, úspěšný reintegrační proces. Zároveň v této práci budu porovnávat programy zacházení a způsob jejich realizace v oddělení se středním stupněm zabezpečení s programy zacházení a jejich realizací v objektu "Otevřené Věznice" (Dále jen "OV") Klíčová slova Program zacházení, reedukace, resocializace, reintegrace, Otevřená věznice, vězeňství, recidiva. Recidivism in the Czech Republic is one of the highest in the European Union. According to the representatives of the prison service, justice and non-profit organizations, a certain solution is the systematic support of persons released from imprisonment (hereinafter referred to as "VTOS") in their integration into society and active work with individuals in VTOS. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find examples of "good practice" from already implemented, in the conditions of the Czech Republic, an innovative project for the treatment of convicts in OV. The emphasis here is mainly on the analysis of the application of professional treatment methods in OV, the composition of sub-activities of OV treatment programs according to individual phases, setting the goals of treatment programs in relation to creating optimal conditions for, if possible, a successful reintegration process.
