[cze][eng] Práce se věnuje tématu osobní pohody zaměstnanců a pracovního prostředí. Představí koncept wellbeing a model Job Demands-Resources (JD-R), popíše problematiku pracovních nároků a pracovních zdrojů a ve spojitosti s tím také rozebere teorii konzervace zdrojů. Dále se bude věnovat syndromu vyhoření a stresu, které se váží na model JD-R. Představí také faktory pracovního prostředí a teorie pracovní spokojenosti. Konec teoretické části bude zakončen kapitolou o koučinku a jeho využití v pracovní sféře. Praktická část se poté zaměřuje na vliv koučinku na wellbeing manažerů a k vyhodnocení využije šesti faktorový model psychologického wellbeing. It will introduce the concept of well-being and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, describe the issue of job demands and job resources and, in connection with, also analyze the theory of conservation of resources. It will also focus on burnout and stress, which is the basic theme of JD-R model. It will also present factors of the work environment and theories of job satisfaction. The end of the theoretical part will be concluded with a chapter on coaching and its use in the workplace. The practical part then focuses on the influence of coaching on the well-being of managers and will use the six-factor model of psychological well-being for evaluation.
