Autor: Bc. Pavel Bohatý Název: Porovnání účinků manuálních technik a radiální rázové vlny v oblasti myofasciálního trigger pointu. Cíl: Hlavním cílem práce je porovnání efektu léčby pomocí radiální rázové vlny a vybraných manuálních technik. Metody: V této diplomové práci byl nejprve ke zhodnocení účinnosti obou přístupů využit digitální tlakový algometr Wagner FDIX Force pro vyšetření prahu tlakové bolesti, vyšetření pomocí vizuální analogové škály bolesti a vyšetření rozsahu pohybu do lateroflexe Cp na stranu opačnou od vyskytujícího se MTrp pomocí dvouramenného goniometru. Výsledná data byla uchována v programu Microsoft Excel 365. Pro analýzu dat byla využita základní deskriptivní statistika s využitím průměrných hodnot, mediánů, směrodatných odchylek atd. Vlivem heterogenity vstupních hodnot u obou skupin byl využit regresní model a k porovnání skupin mezi sebou neparametrická metoda Mann-Whitney U-test. Hladina významnosti pro statistické testy byla stanovena na α=0,05. Výsledky: Do výzkumu bylo celkem zapojeno 31 probandů a z toho 16 podstoupilo terapii pomocí radiální rázové vlny a 15 pomocí manuálních technik. K signifikantním zlepšením došlo u skupiny podstupující radiální rázovou vlnu v rámci vyšetření prahu tlakové bolesti u 1. sezení (o 1,7 N) a u 3. sezení (o 0,82). Následně došlo k... Author: Bc. Objectives: The main focus of this thesis is to compare the effect of treatment using radial shock wave and selected manual techniques. Methods: In this diploma thesis, the Wagner FDIX Force digital pressure algometer was first used to evaluate the effectiveness of both experimental methods to examine the pressure pain threshold, then a Visual Analogue Scale for pain and a two-arm goniometer to examine range of motion to the lateroflexion of cervical spine to opposite side from the occurring MTrp. The outcome data was stored in Microsoft Excel 365. Basic descriptive statistic was used for data analysis using mean values, medians, standard deviations, etc. Due to the heterogeneity of input values in both groups, a regression model and nonparametric Mann-Whitney U-test was used. The significance level for statistical tests was set at α = 0.05. Results: A total of 31 probands were involved in the research, of which 16 underwent radial shock wave therapy and 15 using manual techniques.
