Abstract: The effects of 9-cis retinoic acid and all-trans retinoic acid in human MCF-7 breast cancer line have been investigated. The total cell proteins were extracted and separated on 1D SDS-PAGE. The proteins were subsequently in-gel digested by trypsin and identified by MALDI-TOF/TOF.
