Diplomová práce se zabývá společenskou odpovědností podniku a jejím vlivem na rozhodování uchazečů o zaměstnání. V teoretické části práce autorka nejdříve představuje koncept CSR, jeho definice, pojetí tří pilířů a prolnutí řízení lidských zdrojů a CSR. V rámci praktické části byla provedená analýza společenské odpovědnosti vybrané firmy, a byl realizován výzkum zaměřený na vnímání důležitosti CSR uchazečů o zaměstnání v procesu rozhodování o budoucím zaměstnavateli. Na základě tohoto výzkumu se autorka zaměřila na diskusi získaných výsledků a navrhla vlastní doporučení. The diploma thesis focuses on corporate social responsibility and its influence on decision of applicants for employment. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the concept of CSR, its definition and the concept of three pillars and the interweaving of human resource management and CSR. The practical part of the thesis consists of an analysis of the social responsibility of the selected company, and a research Focused on the perception of the importance of CSR by applicants for employment when choosing their new employers. Base on this research, the author Focused on the discussion of the obtained results and proposed her own recommendations.
