Bklářská práce je zaměřena na systém odměňování zaměstnanců a návrh změn na jeho zlepšení. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se systémů odměňování. V druhé části byla popsána základní informace, činnost společnosti, základní náležitosti a historie firmy. Také byla provdn nlýza současného stavu společnosti. V poslední části jsou představeny návrhy na zlepšení systému odměňování. The bachelor's thesis is focused on the employee remuneration system and the proposal of changes to improve it. In the first part were defined the basic concepts related to remuneration systems. In the second part were described the basic information, the company's activities, the basic requirements and the history of the company. An analysis of the current state of remuneration of employees in the company was also carried out. In the last part were presented proposals for improving the remuneration system.
