Projekt si klade za cíl reagovat na v cykličnost typickou pro letovisko v Pobaltí, což programově řeší pomocí propojení funkce dětského sanatoria s hotelem, objekt reaguje na komerční JUNKSPACE promenády zády tvořenými střechou, která vytváří jak přístřešek pro tržnici, tak soukromí sanatoriu. The project aims to respond to the cyclical nature typical of a Baltic resort, which it programmatically addresses by linking the function of a children's sanatorium with a hotel, the building responds to the commercial JUNKSPACE promenade with a back facade formed by a roof that creates both a shelter for the market and privacy for the sanatorium.
