Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá etickými dilematy pracovníků v azylových domech pro rodiny s dětmi a možnostmi jejich řešení. Teoretická část je nejprve zaměřena na azylové domy v České republice, následně na jeden konkrétní azylový dům pro rodiny s dětmi a nakonec na etická dilemata. Praktická část obsahuje popis kvalitativního výzkumného přístupu. Je v ní zahrnutá oblast a metodologie výzkumu, technika sběru dat, konkrétní dílčí výzkumné otázky a také jednotka zkoumání a zjišťování. Interpretační část obsahuje poznatky, které byly zjištěny prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů realizovaných s devíti pracovníky (jedná se o 2 pracovníky v sociálních službách a o 7 sociálních či vedoucích pracovníků) ve čtyřech různých azylových domech na území České republiky. Čtenář se v této části seznamuje s nejvýznamnějšími etickými dilematy těchto pracovníků. V závěru praktické části je uvedená odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku "Jaká dilemata považují pracovníci azylových domů za nejzávažnější a jakými způsoby je zvládají?". This bachelor thesis deals with the ethical dilemmas of workers in shelters for families with children and the possibilities of their solution. The theoretical part is focused at first on shelters in the Czech Republic, then on one specific shelter for families with children and finally on ethical dilemmas. The practical part contains a description of the qualitative research approach. It includes the area and metodology of research, the technique of data collection, specific partial research questions and also the research and survey unit. The interpretation part focuses on outputs detected through semi-structured interviews realized with nine workers (2 workers of social services and 7 social or managerial workers) in four different shelters in the Czech Republic. In this section, the reader is acquainted with the most important ethical dilemmas of these employees. In the end of the practical part is the answer to the main research question "what dilemmas do shelter workers consider to be the most serious and in what ways do they solve them?".
