Játra jsou pro člověka velmi důležitým parenchymatozním orgánem. Jejich funkce může být poškozena různými vlivy. Mezi časté noxy patří hepatotropní viry a další mikroorganismy, alkohol a jiné toxiny včetně léků, metabolické poruchy, biliární obstrukce, nádory, genetické odchylky a jiné. Práce se soustřeďuje na porovnání histologických obrazů a klinické diagnózy jedinců zdravých, se steatózou a cirhózou. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii, fyziologii a histologii jater s perihepatální oblastí. Další kapitoly se zaměřují blíže na kliniku steatózy a cirhózy. V praktické části jsou popsány postupy přípravy preparátů zdravých a postižených jater, taktéž použité histologické metody pro barvení jednotlivých buněčných struktur. Výsledkem porovnání diagnóz histologických preparátů a klinických diagnóz jedinců je shoda 94,23 %. Přestože nalezená neshoda diagnóz je malá (5,77 %), je důvodem k zamyšlení nad vývojem a používáním nových či modifikovaných metod včetně tvorby různých kalkulátorů, zahrnujících i klinická data. Common noxins include hepatotropic viruses and other microorganisms, alcohol and other toxins, including drugs, metabolic disorders, biliary obstruction, tumors, genetic abnormalities, and others. The work focuses on the comparison of histological images and clinical diagnosis of healthy individuals with steatosis and cirrhosis. The theoretical part describes the anatomy, physiology and histology of the liver with the perihepatic area. The next chapters focus on the clinic of steatosis and cirrhosis. The practical part describes the procedures for the preparation of healthy and affected liver preparations, as well as the histological methods used for staining individual cell structures. The result of comparing diagnoses of histological specimens and clinical diagnoses of individuals is 94.23 % agreement. Although the found discrepancy of diagnoses is small (5.77 %), it is a reason to think about the development and use of new or modified methods, including the creation of various calculators, including clinical data.
