Východiska: Závěrečná fáze terapie/poradenství je vyvrcholením terapeutického procesu a pokud se provede pečlivě, může klientovi pomoci upevnit své zisky z léčby. V odborné literatuře není toto téma příliš prozkoumáno, zejména v oblasti adiktologie. Cíle: Cílem výzkumu bylo zmapování toho, jak probíhá závěrečná fáze terapie/poradenství v individuální adiktologické léčbě z perspektivy terapeutů/poradců. Dále zjistit, jak k ní přistupují, jaký jí přikládají význam a jakou roli zde hraje terapeutický vztah. Cílem také bylo odhalit, jaká témata se vynořují v závěru léčby a jaké emoce v této fázi prožívají klienti a terapeuti. Metody: Data byla sesbírána pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné metody zakotvené teorie. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 6 ambulantních terapeutů/poradců pracujících s adiktologickými klienty, se kterými byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory. Výsledky: Terapeuti/poradci přistupují k závěrečné fázi léčby s adiktologickým klientem pokaždé individuálně, přesto byly identifikovány indikátory připravenosti klienta k ukončení, které mohou být různé. Identifikovány byly také některé metody, které terapeuti/poradci používají a bylo přiblíženo, jak dlouho tato fáze může trvat. Úspěšné případy ukončení vycházejí většinou ze vzájemného souladu mezi klientem a terapeutem/poradcem bez ohledu na to, kdo z... Background: The final phase of therapy/counselling is the culmination of the therapeutic process and, if done carefully, can help clients consolidate the benefits of treatment. This topic is not well researched in the literature, especially in the field of addiction medicine. Objectives: The objective of the research was to map how the final phase of therapy/counselling in individual addiction treatment is conducted, from the perspective of therapists/counsellors. Furthermore, to find out how they approach it, what importance they attach to it and what role the therapeutic relationship plays. The objective was also to discover what topics emerge at the end of treatment and what emotions clients and therapists experience at this stage. Methods: Data were collected using a grounded theory qualitative research method. Six outpatient therapists/counsellors working with addicted clients participated in the research and were interviewed in semi-structured interviews. Results: Therapists/counsellors approach to the final phase of treatment with an addicted client individually each time, yet indicators of client readiness for termination were identified and may vary.
