Název: Rozdíly mezi začínajícími a zkušenými pedagogy tělesné výchovy v přípravě na hodinu a motivování žáků na 2. stupni základních škol a nižších ročnících víceletých gymnázií. Cíle: Primárním cílem diplomové práce je porovnat a popsat rozdíly mezi začínajícími a zkušenými pedagogy tělesné výchovy na území České republiky v oblasti přípravy na hodinu a motivování žáků. Zajímalo nás, zda u učitelů existují výrazné rozdíly nebo naopak podobnosti mezi vybranými koncepty. Metody: Data v praktické části práce byla získána pomocí metody empirického kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníku vlastní konstrukce, kterého se zúčastnili učitelé tělesné výchovy, kteří vyučují na druhém stupni základních škol a nižších ročnících víceletých gymnázií v České republice. Podmínkou pro vyplnění byla délka pedagogické praxe pod 5 let nebo nad 20 let. Z každého kraje bylo náhodně osloveno 25 % základních škol a 25 % víceletých gymnázií. Celkem bylo osloveno 772 škol, ze kterých jsme získali odpovědi od 271 respondentů. Získaná data byla zpracována a vyhodnocena v programu MS Excel. Výsledky: Skupina zkušených učitelů odpovídala na otázky převážně jednotně, v porovnání se skupinou začínajících učitelů. V mnoha případech se názory obou skupin pedagogů shodují, rozdíly nejsou příliš výrazné. Zejména zkušení učitelé tráví... Title: Differences between the beginning and experienced teachers of Physical Education in a lesson preparation and motivation of students on the second stage of elementary schools and lower grades of high schools. Aims: The main aim of diploma thesis is to compare and describe differences between beginning and experienced teachers of Physical Education in the Czech Republic in the field of lesson preparation and student motivation. We were interested if there are any significant discrepancies or similarities between selected concepts. Methods: Data of the practical part were assembled by the method of empirical quantitative research in a form of a self-made questionnaire in which took part the teachers of Physical Education who teach on the second stage of elementary schools and lower grades of high schools in the Czech Republic. A condition for filling in was the length of pedagogical practice under five years or upon twenty years. 25 % of elementary schools and 25 % of high schools from each region were randomly asked. In total, 772 schools were addressed, we gathered 271 answers from respondents. Acquired data were elaborated and evaluated in the MS Excel programme. Results: The group of experienced teachers was answering mostly homogenously in comparison with the group of beginning teachers....
