Elektronické testy k samovyšetření paměti jsou moderním přístupem. Mohou pomoci starším osobám získat pohled na svůj stav paměti a doporučit vyšetření u odborníka. Tématem diplomové práce je vývoj elektronického testu paměti pro starší osoby. V literárně přehledové části jsou popsány existující elektronické testy paměti. Výzkumný projekt se skládá ze dvou částí. V první fázi projektu byl vytvořen elektronický test paměti. Psychometrické vlastnosti tohoto testu byly zjišťovány ve druhé fázi projektu na 108 osobách starších 55 let. Celkem 74 osob bylo vyšetřeno vybranými neuropsychologickými testy pro zjištění korelace mezi skóry vytvořeného elektronického testu a skóry neuropsychologických testů. Z této skupiny bylo vybráno 45 osob s normálními kognitivními funkcemi tak, aby odpovídaly sociodemografickými charakteristikami skupině 34 pacientů s mírným postižením kognitivních funkcí. Důvodem bylo, aby bylo možné porovnat výsledky v elektronickém testu mezi těmito dvěma skupinami. Celkový skór vytvořeného elektronického testu, který je součtem skórů z jeho jednotlivých částí, se signifikantně liší mezi zdravými osobami a pacienty. Celkový skór elektronického testu statisticky významně koreluje se skóry v testu RAVLT a s trváním TMT. Byla vyvinuta prvotní verze elektronického testu paměti pro starší... Self-administered electronic tests for memory are a modern approach. They can help the elderly gain insight into their memory status and recommend an examination by a specialist. The topic of the master thesis is the development of an electronic memory test for the elderly. The existing electronic tests of memory are described in the theoretical part. The research project consists of two parts. In the first phase of the project, an electronic test of memory was created. The psychometric properties of this test were determined in the second phase of the project on 108 people over the age of 55. A total of 74 persons were examined by selected neuropsychological tests to determine the correlation between the scores of the created electronic test and the scores of neuropsychological tests. From this group, 45 people with normal cognitive function were selected to match the socio-demographic characteristics of a group of 34 patients with mild disability of cognitive function. The reason was to be able to compare the results of the electronic test between these two groups.
