cze Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis presented focuses on the theme of social networks, their use in general and then their use in marketing communication. The work is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part deals with history, theories and definitions of social networks and marketing communication. The second and the main part of the thesis is practical. A qualitative content analysis has been chosen as the research method, which will analyse the social network content of the coffee houses in two Czech cities. The aim of the analysis is to figure out and understand the marketing communication of coffee houses facilities through social networks and to make a comparison between predetermined communication aspects with costumers. And at the same time also answer the research questions and hypotheses that I identified at the beginning of this work.
