VÝCHODISKA: Zdravý životní styl je v současné době populární téma, a to i mezi vysokoškolskými studenty. Stejně tak je ale stále rozšířeno i užívání alkoholu, které je s životem studentů vysokých škol spjato z různých důvodů, mezi které patří například stres či náhlé životní změny. CÍLE: Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje rozdíl v míře a vzorcích užívání alkoholu mezi skupinou zdravě a nezdravě žijících vysokoškolských studentů různých univerzit v České republice. METODY: Výzkum byl proveden formou kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření na vzorku studentů vysokých škol v České republice. Dotazník byl distribuován skrz sociální sítě, a skládal se z otázek vytvořených na základě teoretické části této práce a z otázek na užívání alkoholu ze studie ESPAD (Chomynová, Csémy, Grolmusová & Sadílek, 2014). Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 150 respondenty, konkrétně 114 ženami a 36 muži, a následně byl rozdělen na dvě skupiny. Zdravě žijící skupina byla složena ze 77 respondentů a nezdravě žijící skupina ze 73 respondentů, kteří buď užívali návykovou látku, nebo se nevěnovali žádné pohybové aktivitě. VÝSLEDKY: Ze zdravě žijící skupiny uvedlo 13 % respondentů současnou abstinenci, zatímco v nezdravě žijící skupině 1 % respondentů. Nejvíce preferovaným alkoholickým nápojem bylo ve zdravě žijící skupině víno (40... BACKGROUND: A healthy lifestyle is a popular topic nowadays, even among college students. However, the use of alcohol, which is associated with the lives of college students for various reasons, such as stress or sudden life changes, is also widespread. OBJECTIVES: The aim of this research was to find out whether there is a difference in the level and patterns of alcohol use between a group of healthy living college students and unhealthy living college students at different universities in the Czech Republic. METHODS: The research was conducted in the form of a quantitative questionnaire survey on a sample of college students in the Czech Republic. The questionnaire was distributed through social networks, and consisted of questions created on the basis of the theoretical part of this research and questions for alcohol use from the ESPAD study (Chomynová, Csémy, Grolmusová & Sadílek, 2014). The research group consisted of 150 respondents, namely 114 women and 36 men, and was subsequently divided into two groups.
