Teoretická část podává ucelený přehled o problematice daného tématu. Popisuje jeho terminologii, epidemiologii a patofyziologii. Část práce je věnována charakteristice klinických symptomů. Na závěr jsou zmíněny dosud známé možnosti terapie u těchto pacientů a charakterizovány využívané fyzioterapeutické metody. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiky dvou pacientek s Post-COVID-19 syndromem, které podstoupily šest terapií (resp. pět terapií u pacientky číslo 2) metodou Fascial Manipulation® vedených paní magistrou Jindřiškou Hálkovou a šest terapií (resp. pět terapií u pacientky číslo 2) vedených autorkou práce, přičemž obě pacientky v rámci autoterapie cvičily podle brožury vytvořené autorkou práce. The theoretical part covers a comprehensive overview of the given issue. It describes its terminology, epidemiology and patophysiology. An extensive part is focused on characteristics of the clinical symptoms. The concluding part mentions the options of the therapy, which have been used for these patiens so far, and characterizes applied physiotherapy methods. The practical part includes two case histories of two female patients with Post-COVID-19 syndrome who underwent six therapies (patient number 2 only five) of the Fascial Manipulation® Method led by Mgr. Jindřiška Hálková and six therapies (patient number 2 only five) led by the author of the study.
