Název: Vztah pohybové aktivity a tělesné zdatnosti čtyřletých dětí Cíl: Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, zda pohybová aktivita ovlivňuje tělesnou zdatnost čtyřletých dětí. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit jaké rozdíly jsou v době strávené pohybovou aktivitou mezi chlapci a dívkami. Dalším dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, zda děti tráví více času ve středně - vysoké intenzitě v pracovním dnu či o víkendu. Metody: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 6 chlapců a 6 dívek v průměrném věku 4,52 ± 0,3, kteří navštěvují mateřskou školu v Klánovicích. Pro měření pohybové aktivity bylo využito týdenního monitorování pomocí ActiGraphu GT9X. Tělesná zdatnost byla hodnocena pomocí motorických testů, skládající se z člunkového běhu 4 x 5 m, skoku do dálky, hodu na rychlost, přemisťování kostek, přeskakování překážky, flexibility a Beep testu. Výsledky: Výsledky neukázaly žádný větší vztah mezi časem stráveným pohybovou aktivitou a výsledky motorických testů. U všech testů se korelační koeficient pohyboval pod hodnotou 0,4. Z chlapců a dívek vyšly aktivnější dívky. A výsledky nepřinesly žádné rozdíly mezi pohybem v pracovním nebo víkendovém dnu, 5 dětí bylo aktivnějších přes pracovní den, 5 dětí přes víkend, 2 děti nemohly být do výsledků zahrnuty, jelikož o víkendu nenosily aktigraf. Title: The relationship between physical activity and physical fitness of four years old children Objectives: The main goal was to find out whether physical activity affects the physical fitness of four year old children. The partical goal was to find out what differences are between boys and girls in the time spent in physical activity. Whether there is a lack of exersise in early childhood. Another partial goal was to find out whether children spend more time in medium - high intensity on a working day or on a weekend. Methods: The research group consisted of 6 boys and 6 girls with an average age o 4.52 ± 0.3, who attend a kindergarten in Klánovice. Weekly monitoring with ActiGraph GT9X was used to measure physical activity. Physical fitness was assessed using motor tests, constisting of 4 x 5 m shuttle run, long jump, speed throw, moving cubes, skipping barrier, flexibility and Beep test. Results: The results showed no major relationship between time spent physical activity and motor test results. In all tests, the correlation coefficient was below 0.4. Between boys and girls were more active girls. And the results did not show any differences between the physical activity on working day or weeekend, 5 children were more active during the working say, 5 children over the weekend, 2 children...
