Tématem diplomové práce je nekázeň žáků jako významný faktor vzniku syndromu vyhoření pedagogických pracovníků. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů a bližší seznámení s nekázní žáků a s problematikou syndromu vyhoření. Dále charakterizuje příčiny syndromu vyhoření spjaté s prací pedagoga. Praktická část popisuje míru vzniku syndromu vyhoření pedagogických pracovníků ve vybraných institucích. Výzkumné šetření bude prováděno kvantitativně, metodou sběru dat bude dotazník. Výzkumný soubor budou tvořit pedagogičtí pracovníci učící druhý stupeň základních škol. Cílem výzkumu je určit, jakou míru má nekázeň žáků na vznik syndromu vyhoření u pedagogických pracovníků. The subject of the diploma thesis is the indiscipline of students as a significant factor in the development of burn-out syndrome of pedagogical workers. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the term and a closer acquaintance with the indiscipline of students and the issue of burn-out syndrome. It also characterizes the causes of burn-out syndrome associated with the work of pedagogue. The practical part describes the rate of origin of burnout syndrome of pedagogical workers in specific institutions. The research survey will be done quantitatively and the method of data collection a questionnaire will be used. The research group will consist of pedagogical staff of primary schools. The goal of the research is to determine how the indiscipline of the pupils affects the development of burn-out syndrome of pedagogical workers.
