Odborný personál Vězeňské služby ČR zajišťuje podle svého konkrétního profesního zaměření komplexní péči o odsouzené ve výkonu trestu. Cílem je jejich úspěšné absolvování programů zacházení a dosažení rehabilitačního procesu vězňů, aby se mohli po výkonu trestu vrátit k běžnému životu bez páchání trestné činnosti. Pomáhající pracovníci jsou s odsouzenými v úzkém kontaktu, což je pro ně profesně i psychicky náročné. Supervize představuje cenný nástroj v podpoře kvality jimi poskytovaných služeb, a především také péče o jejich duševní zdraví. Kvalitativní výzkum této diplomové práce shrnuje data o účinnosti supervize jako prevenci syndromu vyhoření u odborného personálu Vězeňské služby ČR. Rozebírá, co pomáhající pracovníci vnímají v práci s vězni za nejvíce emočně náročné. Věnuje se rozdílům mezi interní a externí supervizí, kterou mohou odborní pracovníci čerpat. Diskutuje pozitiva a negativa pravidelného absolvování supervize. Mapuje vliv pandemie onemocnění covid-19 na práci odborných pracovníků. A zároveň shrnuje, jak by se dal systém supervize pro odborný i další personál Vězeňské služby ČR zkvalitnit. The aim is to complete their treatment programs and achieve success in the rehabilitation process of prisoners so that they can return to normal life in society without committing any crimes after serving their sentences. Assisting workers who are in close contact with convicts is professionally and mentally demanding for them. Supervision is a valuable tool in supporting the quality of the services they provide, especially when it comes to mental health. The qualitative research of this diploma thesis summarizes data on the effectiveness of supervision in the prevention of burnout syndrome in the professional staff of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic. It analyzes what support staff perceives as the most emotionally demanding in their work with prisoners. It addresses the differences between internal and external supervision that professionals can draw on. It discusses the pros and cons of regular supervision. It maps the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the work of professionals.
