BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Jméno, příjmení: Nathalie Stehlíková Vedoucí práce: Ing. Kristýna Plevová Název bakalářské práce: Prevence poškození svalů zadní skupiny stehna u aktivních fotbalistů Abstrakt: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem prevence poškození svalů zadní skupiny stehna u aktivních fotbalistů, též známých jako hamstringy. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit tréninkovou jednotku na protažení a posílení svalu zadní skupiny stehna. Dále pak zpracování informační brožury týkající se předtréninkové a potréninkové přípravy. Práce je teoreticko-praktická. Teoretická část práce se zabývá fotbalem, anatomií kosterní svaloviny a poté konkrétně anatomií svalů zadní skupiny stehna, rizikovými faktory vzniku zranění, poraněním svalů zadní skupiny stehna, jejich vyšetřením a terapií. Velká část práce se také věnuje návratu do tréninkového procesu, prevenci vzniku zranění, regeneraci a kompenzačnímu cvičení. Do praktické části se zapojilo 8 probandů z týmu AC Sparta Praha, kteří byli náhodně rozděleni na skupinu experimentální, která plnila zadané cvičení, a kontrolní, která pouze obdržela informační brožuru, ale cvičení se neúčastnila. V rámci vstupního a výstupního testováni bylo využito hodnocení zkrácených svalů, rozsahy pohybů, modifikovaný svalový test a testy motorických schopností. Součástí byl... Kristýna Plevová Title of the bachelor thesis: Prevention of damage of the posterior tigh muscles in active football players Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with prevention of damage of the posterior tigh muscles in active football players, also known as hamstrings. The aim of this thesis is to create a training unit to stretch and strengthen posterior thigh muscles. Furthermore, to create information brochure about before and after training preparations. This thesis is both theoretical and practical. Theoretical part deals with football, skeletal muscle anatomy and detailed anatomy of posterior thigh muscles, risk factors leading to injuries, injuries of posterior thigh muscles, it's treatment and therapy. A considerable portion of this thesis is focused on return to training process, prevention of the injury, regeneration and compensation exercises. Eight probands of AC Sparta Praha took part in the practical part. They were randomly divided into experimental group, which did the chosen exercises and control group, which only received information brochure but did not participate in the exercises.
