Tato práce usiluje o lepší porozumění resilienci a protektivních faktorů u dětí v uprchlických táborech. První dvě kapitoly literárně přehledové části představují základní geopolitické souvislosti migrace a prostředí uprchlického tábora, včetně psychosociálních výzev, které toto prostředí pro dítě představuje a včetně diskuse nad mentálním zdravím uprchlických dětí. Třetí kapitola vymezuje obecný koncept resilience a protektivních faktorů, čímž vytváří výchozí rámec pro čtvrtou kapitolu, která popisuje tyto fenomény specificky u dětí v uprchlických táborech. Pro celistvější popis tématu používá práce bioekologický model, který rozděluje resilienci a z ní plynoucí faktory do čtyř rovin: individuální, rodinné, komunitní a institucionálně-politické. Z uvedeného modelu vychází i výzkumný projekt práce, který je realizován kvalitativně skrze rozhovory s psychology, kteří měli s dětmi v uprchlickém táboře profesionální nebo dobrovolnickou zkušenost. Projekt nabízí komplexnější popis resilience a protektivních faktorů u dětí v uprchlickém táboře a poskytuje vodítka, jak je možné tyto poznatky podpořit v psychologické intervenci. Výzkumná data byla analyzována metodou zakotvené teorie. Kromě kontroly výskytu protektivních faktorů z literárně přehledové části byly identifikovány nové faktory, u některých faktorů... This thesis is reaching for a better understanding of resilience and protective factors of children in refugee camps. The first two chapters of literature review are presenting the basic geopolitical context of migration and the refugee camp environment, including the psychosocial challenges of this environment and discussion about the mental health of refugee children. The third chapter defines the general concept of resilience and protective factors, setting the initial framework for the fourth chapter, which describes these phenomena specifically for children in refugee camps. For a wholesome description of the topic, a bioecological model that divides resilience and its factors into four levels: individual, family, community, and institutional/political, is used. Similarly, the research project is based on this model. The project is carried out qualitatively through interviews with psychologists who have had professional or volunteer experience with children in the refugee camp. The project offers more comprehensive description of resilience and protective factors and provides guidance on how these findings can be supported in psychological interventions.
