Zdanění příjmů fyzických osob (srovnání právní úpravy v České republice a vybraných zemích EU) Diplomová práce se věnuje právní úpravě zdanění příjmů fyzických osob v České republice a v jednotlivých vybraných členských státech Evropské unie. Cílem práce je komplexně přiblížit daň z příjmů fyzických osob, především určit konstrukční prvky této daně a podat ucelený přehled o její právní úpravě. Následně popsat právní úpravu zdanění příjmů fyzických osob u vybraných členských států Evropské unie se záměrem poukázat na jejich společné i rozdílné znaky. Jedním z cílů práce je také popsat problematické aspekty harmonizace přímých daní na mezinárodní úrovni. Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. V první kapitole je obecně popsán pojem daně, vysvětlena funkce a třídění daní, včetně popsání základních konstrukčních prvků daně a daňové soustavy. Druhá kapitola se zabývá právní úpravou zdanění příjmů fyzických osob v České republice dle jednotlivých druhů pramenů práva. Ve třetí kapitole jsou vymezeny vybrané konstrukční prvky daně z příjmů fyzických osob, mezi které patří zejména subjekt, předmět, základ, sazba a splatnost daně. Všechny tyto prvky jsou stěžejní pro pochopení institutu daně z příjmu fyzických osob a úzce souvisejí s určením výše a způsobu zdanění. Součástí této kapitoly je také... Personal income tax (comparison of the legislation in the Czech Republic and in the selected member states of the European Union) This thesis focuses on the legal regulation of personal income tax in the Czech Republic and in selected states of the European Union (EU). The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of the income tax imposed on taxpayers primarily individuals. The purpose is especially to identify the essential and characteristic attributes of this tax and to give a comprehensive overview of its legal regulation. Furthermore, it will describe the legal regulation of income tax imposed on individuals in selected member states of the EU with the intention to identify features either equivalent or dissimilar. One of the objectives of this thesis is also to elucidate the problematic aspects in attempts to the alignment of direct taxes at the international level. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter defines the concept of taxes in general and explains the objective, function, and classification including a description of the main attributes of various taxes in the tax system.
