Zdravá výživa je důležitá v každém věkovém období, obzvlášť při vývoji plodu. V těle těhotné ženy dochází k řadě metabolických změn. Plod neustále zvyšuje své nároky, a tak je na tělo ženy kladen zvýšený nárok než obvykle. Žena by měla alespoň v těhotenství přizpůsobit své stravovací návyky těmto požadavkům a zajistit tak dostatek kvalitních živin nejen pro správný vývoj a růst plodu, ale i pro své zdraví. Dodržováním správné životosprávy se snižuje riziko pozdějších zdravotních komplikací nejen u matky, ale také u dítěte. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit míru informovanosti dotazovaných těhotných žen o důležitosti výživy během těhotenství a zda jim je poskytováno dostatek potřebných informací k získání těchto znalostí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé složky výživy, obecná doporučení v jídelníčku těhotné ženy, důsledky nesprávného stravování v těhotenství, fyziologické změny, ke kterým v průběhu těhotenství dochází. Zmíněn je i energetický příjem v těhotenství a váhový přírůstek, kterého se mnoha žen obává. Pro získání informací ohledně stanovených cílů byla zvolena neintervenční dotazníková metoda a rozhovor. Formou dotazníku byla zjišťována data ohledně znalostí těhotných žen z hlediska výživy v těhotenství a vlivu výživy na plod. Pro zjištění informací od gynekologů ohledně... A healthy diet is important at all ages, especially during fetal development. A number of metabolic changes occur in the body of a pregnant woman. The fetus is constantly increasing its demands, so the woman's body is more demanding than usual. A woman should, at least during pregnancy, adapt her eating habits to these requirements and thus ensure sufficient quality nutrients not only for the proper development and growth of the fetus, but also for her health. Adherence to a proper lifestyle reduces the risk of later health complications not only for the mother but also for the child. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out the level of awareness of the interviewed pregnant women about the importance of nutrition during pregnancy and whether they are provided with enough information to obtain this knowledge. The theoretical part focuses on the individual components of nutrition, general recommendations in the diet of pregnant women, the consequences of improper diet in pregnancy, physiological changes that occur during pregnancy. Mention is also made of the energy intake during pregnancy and the weight gain that many women fear.
