Název: Dopady pandemie Covid 19 na duševní zdraví Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je vypozorování, jaký vliv měla pandemie Covidu 19 na duševní zdraví u respondentů ve věkovém rozmezí od 10 až 80 let. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, na kterou skupinu respondentů měla pandemie největší vliv, jak se změnil jejich život během probíhající pandemie. Metody: Podkladem pro tuto práci byl kvantitativní výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky byly zpracovány prostřednictvím popisné statistiky, kontingenčních tabulek a metodou regrese, která byla využita pro ověření stanovených hypotéz. Do dotazníkového šetření byly zahrnuty baterie otázek týkající se problematiky duševního zdraví, konzultací, well-beingu, osamělosti, zaměstnání, životního stylu, vlivu sledování médií, sebevražedných myšlenek a sociodemografických ukazatelů. Výsledky: Bylo zjištěno, že nejhorší dopady pandemie v oblasti duševního zdraví vykazují respondenti spadající do nejstarší věkové kategorie, tj. 60 a více let. Riziko sebevražedných myšlenek bylo nejvyšší u nejmladší kategorie 10-19 let a také u nejstarší nad 60 let. Dalším zjištěním bylo, že pokud respondenti sledovali média více než 2 hodiny denně, bývalo to spojováno s vyšším rizikem dopadů na jejich duševním zdraví. Title: Impacts of the Covid 19 pandemic on mental health Aims: The main aim of the work is to observe what influence the Covid 19 pandemic had on the mental health of the respondents in the 10-80 age range . The aim of the research is to find out which group of the respondents was the most affected by the pandemic and how their lives changed during the ongoing pandemic. Methods: The basis for this work was the quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey whose results were processed through descriptive statistics, contingency tables and the regression method, which was used to verify the hypotheses. The questionnaire survey included batteries of questions related to mental health, consultations, well-being, loneliness, employment, lifestyle, the influence of media surveillance, suicidal ideation and socio- demographic indicators. Results: The respondents in the oldest age group, it means 60 years and older, were found to report the worst effects of the pandemic in the field of mental health. The risk of suicidal thoughts was the highest in the youngest category aged 10-19 and also in the oldest one over 60 years.
