Karolína Válová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta se spastickou kvadruparézou a stavem po subarachnoidálním krvácení Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracování teoretické části týkající se diagnózy spastická paréza tím spojenou a následné praktické zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta se kvadruparézou a stavem subarachnoidálním krvácení. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretická východiska vztahující se k diagnóze spastická paréza část speciální rámci teoretické části je zpracována onemocnění, jeho epidemiologie, etiopatogeneze, dále klinický obraz, možnosti terapie a léčby, komplikace spojené s diagnózou, fyzioterapeutická péče, fyzikální terapie efekt vybraných terapeutických přístupů Speciální část obsahuje diagnózou spastická kvadruparéza a stavem po subarachnoidálním krvácení. Součástí je anamnéza, podrobné vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, záznam terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: průběhu terapeutických jednotek bylo dosaženo zlepšení soběstačnosti pacienta, jeho celkové hybnosti, zlepšení stereotypu chůze, snížení úrovně spasticity tím spojeným navýšení aktivního a pasivního rozsahu pohybu. Subjektivně dle pacienta došlo ke zlepšení přibližující se... Author: Karolína Válová Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with spastic quadriparesis and condition after subarachnoid hemorrhage Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's theses was to summarize theoretical knowledge about diagnosis spastic paresis, issues associated with it and present practical case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with spastic quadriparesis and condition after subarachniod hemorrhage. Methods: This theses is devided into theoretical and special part. Under the theoretical part are described characteristics of the diagnosis, it's epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, clinical picture, possibilities of therapy and treatment, complications associated with spastic paresis, physiotherapeutic care, physical therapy and effect of chosen therapeutic interventions and methods. Special part includes case study of a patient with spastic quadriparesis and condition after subarachnoid hemorrhage. It includes anamnesis, detailed initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, record of therapeutic units, outcome kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the effect of therapy.
