Tématem bakalářské práce jsou možnosti rozvoje fonematického uvědomování dle metody D. B. Elkonina u dětí s narušenou plynulostí řeči. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením komunikační schopnosti obecně a jejím vývojem od počátku života, dále se zabývá specifikami jednotlivých jazykových rovin. V této části je pozornost věnována i dětem předškolního věku a popisu jejich řečového projevu. Poslední krátká kapitola charakterizuje narušenou komunikační schopnost obecně. Teoretická část se také zaměřuje z jednotlivých narušení komunikační schopnosti podrobně na poruchy plynulosti řeči, konkrétně koktavost a breptavost, a zaobírá se jejich definicí, etiologií, diagnostikou a terapií. V závěru práce je prostor věnován fonologickým schopnostem a samotné metodice dle D. B. Elkonina, jež tyto schopnosti rozvíjí. Empirická část bakalářské práce je realizována formou kvalitativního šetření a spočívá v analýze fonematického uvědomování před a po uskutečnění tréninku u sledovaných dětí. Jsou uvedeny anamnestické údaje jednotlivých dětí a jejich přímé pozorování během realizace tréninku a následné zhodnocení. Výsledek šetření dokládá zlepšení fonematického uvědomování a také vliv Elkoninovy metody na jazykové schopnosti jednotlivých dětí. Je uvedeno doporučení k úpravám realizace tréninku pro potřeby dětí s... The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the possibility of utilization of Elkonin's method of phonemic awareness in children with speech fluency disorders. The theoretical part focuses on general definition of communication and its developement since conception, furthermore it deals with specifics of language levels. Attention is also paid to pre-school children and description of their speech. The last brief chapter characterizes the nature of communication dissabilities in general. Out of existing communication disabilities the theoretical part focuses in detail on fluency Disorders as well namely stuttering and cluttering, their definition, etiology, diagnosis and treatment. Finally the last part describes the topic of phonological skills and Elkonin's method which develops said skills. The empirical part is realized in the form of qualitative research and it is based on analysis of phonemic awareness in observed children before and after the training. Anamnestic data of individual children are introduced as well as direct observation of the training process and subsequent evaluation. The conclusion of this research proves certain improvement of phonemic awareness and acknowledges the influence of Elkonin's method on language skills of individual children.
